WHAT IS BFIT ?
It's a workout structured to challenge all fitness levels. Each workout is approximately 45 mins - 1 hr long and will include various calisthenics exercises, such as, push-ups and sit ups, as well as, walking and running. We believe in the complete transforming of your mind to adopt a better way of living by eating right and exercise.
