Services we offer

PERSONAL TRAINING
Designed for individuals desiring a more personalized exercise program. I will personally design a unique exercise program just for you. I will be with you, coaching your workouts and encouraging you every step of the way. Sessions can be scheduled for 30 min or one hour.

SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
An economical way to get the benefits of personal training at a reduced rate for two people.  This option is great for those who may not need as much individual attention as a private session. Sessions are 45 to 1 hour in length.

OUTDOOR BOOT CAMP
A great way to get in shape whether it be for fat loss, general conditioning, or elite level athletics, the added motivation of having others working out with you to push you to a new effort level. Bootcamps will be held at location near Downtown. Exact meeting location will be given once you have signed up.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING **
Ideal for small groups (5-6 participants). Small group training offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate. Small group personal training sessions are 45 to 1 hour in length. Custom designed workouts are tailored specifically to each small group. Start your own group or join an established group. What  You   Receive

  • Comprehensive Readiness Health Assessment - This will give us an idea of your health status as well as insight to your lifestyle.
  • Fitness Assesment– Show Me What Ya Got! Brief workout to determine where you stand with repetitions, stretching and workout capabilities.
  • Measurements/Weight - I don't emphasize weight lost but I am more concerned about how you feel and the inches that are melting off on a regular basis.
  • Support & Motivation - Listen, we are here with you. We know that this journey is more mental than anything. We work with you to make over the hump and keep your eyes on the prize.

* All discount packages must be used within a month's time frame. All personal training times are by appointment only. Please call to schedule your session.
** One month sign-up is required. Payment is due at the beginning of the month for the number of training sessions scheduled. Canceled sessions are not rescheduled or refunded.
